Photographer Overview

This job is simply a dream come true for me... I have always been in love with photography.  When I was a kid, we had a house with a dark room and my father taught me so much about the art.  I truly never thought I would take my love of photography to the professional level.  When I was pregnant with my first child, I bought my very first "nice" digital camera and I was in heaven... my daughter was my muse.  Then my son came along, not to far behind the first, and I upgraded lenses and eventually my camera body.  I often photographed family and close friends and loved every second of it.  When my son turned one, I decided to just go for it...there was never going to be a "great time" to start a small business in addition to my nursing career and full time mommy job.  I am SO glad I did, because I LOVE it! My wonderful husband has been so supportive and I can't wait to see where this journey takes us.

Every session I do is special and unique.  For me, photography is all about capturing love and real emotion.  I love that the pictures I take will be looked at by future generations and cherished.  "You don't take a photography, you make it" -Ansel Adams
