Hi, I’m Lauren! I am the photographer behind the lens at Lauren Nievod Photography.

I once heard that babies are the beginning to so many things: wonder, hope, excitement and endless possibilities. I never knew how true those words were until I had my very own little girl, Aubrey Reese. She was my inspiration to follow my dreams and fully commit to my photography career. With the unwavering support from my husband -and high school sweetheart- I now have the privilege of capturing the most special moments of people’s’ lives. I truly enjoy being part of these times, and being able to materialize a collection of real, emotion-filled photographs.

As a natural light photographer, I am constantly chasing the light for its best angle to ensure that your photos look natural and organic. I strive to create a collection of photographs that accurately portray those special moments, and that you can proudly display in your home and cherish forever.

I specialize in maternity, newborn, family and portrait photography. I always encourage creative input and ideas, but ultimately, I aim to preserve a special time in your life where you are consumed in those priceless moments.

My sessions are always so much fun that I almost feel wrong calling it “work.” I’m just so grateful that I do what I love! Photography is my passion and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else.
