Photographer Overview

I am so many things... a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend and YES I'm a photographer, of course. I have been doing photography for roughly 8 years. I have two photography companies, one that specializes in weddings, grad, boutique kids and dance photography and I started a second one last year with another local photographer that only focuses on Maternity, Newborn, up to first birthday. I LOVE maternity photography and that is why I only focus on that part of the shared company (plus a few 6-12 month sessions once in a while). my partner in the business (Melanie Morton, who is also a member here) takes care of ALL newborn photography. It has been such a great journey starting this company together and I love every minute of it. My plan for 2015 is to really put a lot of focus on creating/branding my own maternity style especially when it comes to the wardrobe and that is why I'm working on some custom maternity pieces as well. What I probably love most about being a portrait photographer is that I really get to use my creativity in more than one way! So grateful for this journey, can't wait to see where it will take me, while enjoying each day along the way!
