Photographer Overview

I am both a studio light and natural light photographer in Maryville, Illinois (just outside of St. Louis, Missouri) specializing in maternity, newborn and child photography.

About me...I have been married for 25 years. We have three beautiful children including boy/girl twins that are now grown adults. During the twins' senior year, we had a baby boy. YES, we started all over. After deciding to have a vasectomy reversal, we tried for several years to have a baby. We went through infertility treatments, suffered multiple miscarriages including an ectopic pregnancy. Sadly, we began to accept that we were going to be unable to have another baby. Fortunately, within a couple months from my last miscarriage, I was pregnant with my son. We were beyond thrilled and when arrived, he was absolutely perfect. We had been truly blessed. I love being a wife and mother and am so happy to have added to our family. This is when I began to pursue photography as more than just a hobby, I wanted to capture everything and remember every moment.

What I enjoy...I love my daily Vanilla Latte from Starbucks (it's a problem lol), seeing my children together laughing, hot yoga, sitting in the quiet, decorating my home, sunsets, going to the beach, traveling to Colorado with my husband.

I have a true appreciation for how quickly life passes. I look at my grown children, and I can't believe they are now adults. In a blink of an eye, our children are grown. It is my desire to artistically document and capture these magical moments for you and your family to cherish forever.
