Photographer Overview

Hi there! My name is Stephanie Barnes. Wife to my husband, Frankie. And mommy to a little boy and girl. We reside in Bloomingdale, GA.
I grew up in Statesboro, GA and went to college at Georgia Southern University (GoooOOOOO Eagles!)  I met Frankie after college, we married in 2011, and made our home here in Bloomingdale. We're just close enough to family AND the beach!

Many mommy photographers start their love for photography after their little ones are born. I must say I've had an interest in photography ever since I was young. When my family would visit my grandparents in Columbus, Ga, I would always see my grandpa walking around with his old film Nikkormat camera. We have loads of family photographs of us growing up that were taken with that camera. And I'm proud to say, I STILL have that camera today. It's truly priceless to me.

So that leads me up to where I am today. I have been photographing since 2004, but started focusing on babies and children around late 2008.

I'm a strong believer in "Actions speak louder than words"I'm a perfectionist.While Im not fond of Starbucks regular coffee, I have a crazy taste addiction to their Caramel Creme Brule Latte with Vanilla powder on top....

I whole-heartedly believe in the power of prayer. It's my go-to solution for everything in this world. And honestly has been the ONLY thing that has gotten me through.

I am a Graphic Designer by trade but a photographer by heart. It runs in my family.

I own {read 'owned by'} a parrot, and a pot belly pig named Chuey.
