Photographer Overview

I specialize in Maternity, First Year, and Family portrait photography in and around San Jose, CA.

I am a mother of three toddlers and have a passion for all things related to pregnancy, birth, and children. I understand the joys and challenges of being a new or new-again mamma, and do my best to work with my clients to provide them with a service that works for them. I happily provide both in studio and in home newborn photography. I do my best to create studio quality images within the comfort of my client's home, and I strive to create even more creative images in studio where I have my full selection of props and backdrops available to me.

I pride myself on making the process of portrait photography easy and enjoyable. I offer all-inclusive portrait commissions which include an artist selected collection of digital, downloadable, high-resolution images. You are not required to purchase products although I advocate for you to print your favorite images and proudly display them.

Let me give you a few thoughts to take into consideration when comparing me to less expensive photographers.

I have over 10 years of portrait experience, and have been photographing newborns since 2012. I'm also a mother of three toddlers under 4. I understand the patience required for working with newborns and, more than anything, I put your baby's safety first. I use safe and simple poses and I am vaccinated.

My package requires no additional purchase of prints or products. I also set only a minimum number of delivered images. I promise 15, but nearly all of my clients receive 25+ images plus a custom designed birth announcement and a word art piece. I strongly encourage you to print your favorite images and give you instructions on the best options, but you're not obligated to buy through me.

I do my best to make my in-home sessions look as though you were in my studio. I may have more limited resources, but your images will never show it.
