Photographer Overview

I am a natural light photographer with a boutique like studio located in Scotts Valley, California. I am a mother of two amazing little girls who are my light and daily inspiration in everything that I do. I am a wife of an amazing and very supportive man who has stood by me always, and helps me grow my business, and I am a photographer who loves to capture beautiful moments through the lens of my camera.

I have loved photography since I was a little girl and received my first camera when I was about 10 years old. When I was in high school I started taking photography classes where I shot with film and developed in a dark room.   Since I have taken on photography as a profession, I have had the privilege of photographing weddings, newborns and just about everything in between, but if you were to ask me about my passion (and my specialty) I would tell you that it is newborns and children. 

I would say that my "style" as a photographer is very natural and organic with a soft vintage flair. I love neutral and soft colors, natural poses, and you will never hear me utter the words "Say Cheese".  I am a lover of all things vintage: I love distressed old wood, jeans and flips flops, sunsets and bubbly champagne and cupcakes. 

Photography is makes me happy and excited about life and I love the artistic and creative side of it. When I am in a photo session I do not watch the clock. I shoot in the moment and I love capturing raw moments and emotions.
