I'm Cosby Payne, maternal child portrait photographer and owner of Baby Beginnings Photography. I am located in Dover, DE.

A little about me.. I love life's images and I feel very fortunate when I am asked to  help  preserve some of those special moments for families in the form of  photo art . When I make a beautiful image I  imagine not only how the family will feel about it but how future generations will enjoy that same piece of art. In addition to having a photography business I  am a Labor & Delivery nurse. My knowledge of pregnancy, childbirth, and newborns brings an incredible amount of comfort and sensitivity to my photography and my families.

 Baby Beginnings was created to be a custom photography service.  I specialize in Pregnancy,  Newborn and Baby's First Year.   Custom photography is exactly as it says. It is photography detailed to individuals. It is not cookie cutter. It happens in a relaxed atmosphere and I am looking for moments that are spontaneous not rehearsed. I like classic and elegant.  Baby Beginnings Photography is a small studio located in my home in the Dover, DE area.
