Photographer Overview

Hi, I'm Amanda Myers.  I am a newborn photographer based in Suwanee, GA and serving Duluth, Sugar Hill, Johns Creek and the surrounding areas.   Your baby's safety is my number one concern.  I have taken roughly 100 hours of workshop practice and coursework to ensure that I fully understand your newborn's physical abilities and limitations with posing.  I always use spotters and take precautions which are easily removed from photos in Photoshop.  And, with 3 babies of my own, all born within 4 years, I've had quite the "real life" experience and am 100% comfortable with newborn babies.   I offer both traditional, posed sessions in your home and bring everything I need with me.  I use mostly natural, available light.  I also enjoy lifestyle sessions, which can be in your home, on location, or a combination of the two.  These are documentary-style, with no posed, camera-aware shots.  I simply capture your family as you are.  Are you expecting?  I would love to speak with you.  Be sure to contact me as soon as possible, as I have limited availability.  I also offer maternity photo sessions, hospital coverage including birth and Fresh 48, and Homecoming Lifestyle Sessions, so give me a call soon to discuss.  These sessions do require a bit of planning and preparation on my part.  Congratulations!
