Photographer Overview

I'm the mother of three, two girls, and a boy.  I'm married to a high school teacher, he is the love of my life.  I'm a labor and delivery nurse and I think I have the best job in the world!  I worked in a photo lab developing and printing film when I was in college.  That's when I became interested in photography, but that was pre-digital days.  Like many other photographers, I'm self-taught.  After taking several online workshops I started my photography business.  I think I started way too early, now that I look back at my older work and cringe :)  For the past 2 years I've been producing work that I can say I'm proud of, and would purchase if I were a client.  I photograph newborns, maternity, baby, kids, and families.  But newborns are by far my favorite!  I hope to learn and grow here, and make new friends too.
