Photographer Overview

Hi! Thank you for dropping by my page. I am Stephany Cure, a New Orleans-based custom portrait photographer specializing in the art of newborn, children and family portraiture as well as birth documentaries.

Before taking up photography as a full-time career over a year ago, I gained a fine arts degree and worked as a graphic designer for advertising agencies and design firms. My design background has played a major part in my eye for composition, vision of light and attraction to shape and color. I absolutely adore vivid colors and often incorporate them into my work. Other than photography, I love to make my own props, watch reality tv and find hours of editing relaxing. I am a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur and enjoy a nice bottle of chardonnay. I have a wonderful, supportive hubby and we have two awesome
kiddos of our own and a Weimaraner pup.
